ETHANOL BENEFITS

     

Burning fossil fuels releases carbon that has been stored under the Earth’s surface, in the form of carbon dioxide. Scientists around the world agree that there is a direct link between CO2 levels and the Earth’s surface temperature.

The combustion of Bio-fuels, such as Ethanol, “recycles” carbon dioxide. Ethanol produced from plant matter, absorbs CO2 from the atmosphere in the growth cycle, through the process of photosynthesis, as shown bellow:


Ethanol production converts the sun's rays into liquid fuel.
